Delete your EventMate account

How to request deletion

• Email: support@mates.events
• Contact form: mates.events/contact

In your request, include

1. The email address linked to your EventMate account
2. Your role: customer or vendor
3. The words: Delete my EventMate account

What gets deleted

After verifying the request, EventMate will delete or anonymize your account profile and associated personal data where possible, including:

• Your profile and login (email, phone number and name)
• Your customer or vendor profile details
• Bookings and booking requests
• Messages and conversations
• Support requests
• Uploaded files and payment proofs, where applicable

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or platform integrity reasons.

Deleting specific data only

You can also contact us if you want to request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account.
